LocalPDF is provided as a free, client-side application. You are permitted to use the tools for personal and commercial purposes. However, you may not modify, attempt to decompile, or extract the source code of the application for redistribution.

3. Disclaimer

The materials on LocalPDF are provided on an 'as is' basis. LocalPDF makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

4. Limitations

In no event shall LocalPDF be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the tools on LocalPDF, even if LocalPDF has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

5. Service Availability

Because LocalPDF operates entirely within your browser, its performance is dependent on your device's capabilities. We are not responsible for any browser crashes or failures during the processing of abnormally large or complex PDF files.
